- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype future-focused products and services
- Present trend briefings to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to incubate moonshot projects with 5-10 year horizons
- Build and lead a global network of futurist researchers and industry experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Proficiency in horizon scanning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic modeling tools
- Track record of incubating ventures valued at $50M+
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
