- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for long-term organizational planning
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Create scenario-based roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Build and maintain relationships with global innovation ecosystems and thought leaders
- Quantify future opportunities through data-driven forecasting and risk modeling
- Present strategic recommendations to board members with compelling narratives
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-readiness across all business units
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology planning
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Deep understanding of global socioeconomic shifts and geopolitical landscapes
