As a key architect of our 2026 vision, you'll analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions to develop transformative roadmaps. You'll collaborate with C-suite executives, lead cross-functional innovation labs, and translate foresight into tangible business strategies that redefine industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives for quantum computing, AI governance, and biotech convergence
- Develop patentable frameworks for sustainable exponential growth models
- Facilitate C-level strategy sessions on disruptive market entry points
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation velocity and adoption curves
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Author thought leadership on Fourth Industrial Revolution implications
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum, AI, synthetic biology, and neurotech
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercialized innovations
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies: Delphi, Horizon Scanning, and Technology Roadmapping
- Experience with innovation frameworks: Blue Ocean Strategy, Lean Startup, and Design Thinking
- Published research on exponential technology adoption patterns
