Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to develop 2026 innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable R&D priorities
- Partner with C-suite executives to align corporate strategy with 5-year market projections
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks for next-gen tech ecosystems
- Author forward-looking thought leadership and scenario-planning whitepapers
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to prototyping for 2026 product launches
- Represent company at global futurist forums and tech summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and disruptive business models
- Exceptional scenario-planning and systems modeling capabilities
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis frameworks
- Excellent presentation skills for executive audiences
