Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Lead scenario planning workshops to anticipate future business challenges and opportunities
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-generation products and services
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against strategic objectives
- Present future outlooks to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Curate an external innovation ecosystem through partnerships with startups, academia, and think tanks
- Drive organizational culture shift toward adaptive innovation and future-readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-oriented projects or published thought leadership
