You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to develop long-term innovation frameworks, identify emerging market disruptions, and translate foresight into actionable business strategies. This is your chance to shape industries before they exist.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Facilitate C-level workshops to translate foresight into executable business strategies
- Identify and assess emerging startup technologies for acquisition/partnership
- Build and lead cross-functional innovation pods focused on future-proofing our portfolio
- Author thought leadership reports on industry disruption scenarios
- Represent the company at global futurist and innovation conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record in developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS in Technology/Strategy preferred)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
