Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-state business models and customer experiences
- Translate complex technological and societal shifts into actionable roadmaps for executive leadership
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future opportunities through data-driven market simulations and predictive modeling
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and C-suite executives with compelling narratives
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies and agile adaptation strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in scenario planning or strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state implementations for Fortune 500 clients
