Responsibilities
- Forecast global trends across AI, biotech, and sustainable energy markets through horizon scanning and scenario modeling
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation portfolios spanning 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and nurture disruptive startups
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on emerging market disruptions
- Quantify future opportunities through predictive analytics and risk assessment frameworks
- Advise executive leadership on technology adoption curves and societal implications
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech)
