Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technology trends
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging risks and opportunities in biotech, AI, and space tech
- Design and facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with Fortune 500 partners
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work transformations
- Build proprietary foresight frameworks using data analytics and expert networks
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing technology roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CF foresight, WFS)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology publications
- Masters degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning tools and data visualization platforms
