Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for board-level decision-making in volatile markets
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable energy solutions
- Facilitate C-level strategy workshops on AI governance and ethical deployment frameworks
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and trend reports for industry thought leadership
- Manage cross-functional teams of data scientists and design thinkers to prototype future-state solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years of applied experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing enterprise innovation strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AGI ethics, climate tech, or neuro-interfaces
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering executive-level trend briefings
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals or industry publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACFC or APF) preferred
- Portfolio showcasing completed future-state roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
