Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, geopolitical shifts, and socioeconomic patterns to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and measure impact against long-term objectives
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for executive decision-making
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or forespace publications
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi method)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategy
