Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies, market disruptors, and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and deploy strategic foresight frameworks (scenario planning, Delphi methods, weak signal detection) for Fortune 500 clients
- Design innovation roadmaps translating future insights into actionable R&D priorities and market entry strategies
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder dialogues on exponential technologies and disruptive business models
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks using predictive analytics and simulation modeling
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on future-focused business strategy
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies and adaptive innovation processes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 clients
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and weak signal detection methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting complex future scenarios to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in innovation or foresight publications (Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan, etc.)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Foresight Platform, Palisade @Risk, Causal Layered Analysis)
