Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate 2026+ innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions for quantum-secure systems and neural interfaces
- Present strategic briefings to executive leadership on disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product development strategies
- Drive innovation culture through workshops on exponential technologies and ethical AI frameworks
- Produce thought leadership reports on the societal impacts of 2026's technological inflection points
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in futurism, R&D strategy, or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
