- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections

- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and emerging technologies
- Author quarterly trend briefs and horizon scanning reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategy consulting, R&D, or technology foresight
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating futurist work or published trend analyses
- Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable strategies
