Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for product innovation aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for technological black swan events
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and long-term competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., AI ethics, neurotech, decentralized systems)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication abilities to articulate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or MBA from top-tier institution
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or innovation strategy
