- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-oriented thinking into product roadmaps and business models
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for anticipated market opportunities
- Deliver compelling foresight narratives through executive briefings, white papers, and thought leadership content
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future ROI through predictive modeling and scenario-based financial projections
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
