Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and global megatrends to identify strategic opportunities for 2026+
- Develop scenario-based future roadmaps for clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation strategies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions and business models
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry conferences
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to stay at the vanguard of change
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering C-suite level insights
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures research or innovation frameworks
- Deep understanding of sustainability, ethical tech, and human-centered design principles
