- Champion human-centered design principles in all innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategy consulting or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and futures methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to articulate complex visions
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Experience leading high-impact innovation teams in fast-paced environments
