Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary research on emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptors through 2030
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks to identify high-impact opportunities for 2026 business landscapes
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech paradigms
- Present executive-level future scenario analyses to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex future projections into actionable business strategies and investment priorities
- Champion a culture of continuous innovation through internal workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technological forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives in tech or finance sectors
