Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, horizon scanning, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 market opportunities
- Author executive briefings on disruptive technologies and their business implications
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Design and implement organizational resilience protocols for systemic risks
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Horizon Fellowship program
- Present at global forums including TED and Davos on future-shaping methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into market-ready strategies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and technology convergence
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis tools and predictive modeling
