Responsibilities

- Design and execute horizon-scanning methodologies for emerging technologies
- Translate foresight research into executive-ready strategic recommendations
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with stakeholders
- Author thought leadership pieces positioning company as future-ready
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts affecting business landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or corporate foresight roles
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with AI-powered trend analysis tools (e.g., GPT-4, Trend Hunter)
