Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026-2030 market landscapes
- Design innovation roadmaps aligning with UN SDGs and ESG principles
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development
- Produce strategic foresight reports for executive decision-making
- Partner with venture capital arm to scout emerging technologies
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years experience in innovation strategy or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems modeling methodologies
- Published thought leadership on technology or societal transformation
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Experience with AI/ML applications for trend prediction
- Track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Global network with futurist and academic communities
