Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap, integrating emerging technologies like quantum computing and neuro-interfaces
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and risks across 10+ industries
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions, from AI ethics frameworks to climate adaptation tech
- Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions, startups, and government agencies
- Present future-vision insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints focused on 2026 market readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (e.g., metaverse, AGI, climate tech)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, biotech, quantum, or sustainable systems
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and trend analysis methodologies
