- Produce foresight reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong data literacy with experience in predictive modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CSF) preferred
