- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate future-oriented product concepts
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
- Establish KPIs to measure the impact of foresight initiatives on business outcomes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic analysis
- Exceptional data visualization and narrative storytelling capabilities
- Deep understanding of AI, biotechnology, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or MFIA)
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend forecasts or strategic frameworks
