- Design and lead strategic innovation initiatives aligned with 2026+ market opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Develop comprehensive future scenario frameworks for executive decision-making
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven visualizations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Mentor cross-functional teams in adaptive innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Strong understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
