Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast technological, socioeconomic, and environmental trends impacting 2026+ horizons
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for emerging markets and disruptive technologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present compelling future narratives to stakeholders through immersive storytelling
- Build and maintain an international network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future risks and opportunities using predictive modeling and foresight frameworks
- Champion ethical innovation principles in all strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and storytelling mastery
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or strategic foresight frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating published future forecasts or implemented innovation strategies
