- Translate foresight insights into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines with measurable ROI
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, industry talks, and advisory board participation
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proof methodologies and adaptive innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or innovation leadership with proven future-planning experience
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field preferred
- Demonstrated success in translating foresight into commercialized innovations or market transformations
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level storytelling and stakeholder management abilities
- Published thought leadership in futures/innovation domains (e.g., MIT Tech Review, WIRED)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
