Responsibilities
- Analyze macro-trends (AI, climate tech, neurotech) to map 3-5 year industry disruptions
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in tech and healthcare
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation portfolios
- Author trend reports and white papers published in industry journals
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives at global summits
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of trend analysis published in peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis platforms
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex concepts
