Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on emerging opportunities and disruption risks
- Produce annual 'Futurescape' reports synthesizing global trends in AI ethics, space commercialization, and neuro-technology
- Design innovation frameworks for sustainable development goals in urban environments
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Mentor a team of foresight analysts and innovation architects
- Present strategic briefings to board members and government agencies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or corporate innovation
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
