Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning models and future-backward roadmaps for 2026-2030 horizons
- Lead executive workshops translating foresight into innovation portfolios and R&D priorities
- Author thought leadership reports and whitepapers on disruptive trends and adaptation strategies
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Build and manage a global network of futurist researchers and technology scouts
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
