Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market trends through 2026+
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 5-10 year organizational vision
- Facilitate scenario planning workshops for executive leadership on future market shifts
- Author forward-looking thought leadership reports and predictive analytics frameworks
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Champion a culture of innovation across all business units
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in emerging tech trends and exponential change methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives in tech or healthcare
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven forecasting abilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures methodologies preferred
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation frameworks
