Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, economic, and environmental domains to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks that guide product development and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster innovation culture and future-proof organizational capabilities
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content for C-suite audiences
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate emerging technologies and business models
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes to maintain strategic advantage
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed confidence
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend mapping, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
