Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities through 2026
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Conduct scenario planning and impact assessments for emerging technologies
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to foster collaborative ideation and solution development
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, research labs, and industry thought leaders
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
- Document insights and create compelling visualizations of future scenarios
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in innovation strategy, R&D, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, sustainable energy)
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFSD, CIPM)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
