Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping exponential technologies (quantum AI, bio-digital interfaces)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends in climate tech, neurotech, and decentralized systems
- Design immersive futures simulations for executive decision-making frameworks
- Author thought leadership publications for MIT Technology Review and Wired partnerships
- Secure $5M+ innovation grants from DARPA and NSF-aligned initiatives
- Mentor PhD candidates in our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of scaling exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals with >500 citations
- Deep expertise in systems thinking, complex adaptive systems, and second-order cybernetics
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ industry-transforming strategic implementations
- Fluency in Python/R for predictive modeling and simulation platforms
- Security clearance for government-contracted innovation projects
- Proficiency in futures methodologies: Delphi, Cross-Impact Matrix, and Horizon Scanning
