Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to build organizational adaptability roadmaps
- Produce trend briefings and disruption assessments with 18-month predictive horizons
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Maintain proprietary Signal Database tracking 500+ emerging indicators
- Present future scenarios at industry summits and publish thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and causal layered analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
