Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and emerging markets
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops with executive stakeholders
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and launching experimental ventures
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and measure ROI on future-focused investments
- Pioneer new methodologies for organizational adaptation to exponential change
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Experience translating foresight insights into C-level strategic recommendations
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios
