Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype disruptive technologies and business models
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and mentor a team of futurist analysts and innovation specialists
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote industry conferences
- Integrate sustainability and ethical AI principles into all strategic planning
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published research or patents in future-oriented domains
- Experience leading teams through complex transformation initiatives
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
