- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and data science teams
- Produce actionable scenario-planning reports for C-suite stakeholders
- Curate and host high-impact innovation workshops with global industry leaders
- Identify emerging tech disruptors (Web4, neuro-interfaces, climate AI) and commercialization paths
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven resource allocation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership at scale
- Proven track record translating foresight into market-ready products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercialized innovations from foresight work
