- Design and facilitate executive innovation workshops to drive organizational alignment
- Build and manage a portfolio of moonshot projects with $10M+ potential
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track progress against strategic milestones
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify emerging acquisition targets
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in futurism, technology management, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technology landscapes and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CEIM, CFI) preferred
- Published thought leadership on future trends in top-tier journals
