Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight framework using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Produce executive-ready strategic briefings and market disruption reports for the Board of Directors
- Establish partnerships with leading academic institutions, research labs, and global innovation ecosystems
- Design and implement organizational change management programs to embed future-readiness across all departments
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry conferences as a thought leader
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, synthetic biology, quantum computing)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in data-driven scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology certification preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering C-suite level strategic briefings
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, or related field required
