Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven experience with technology forecasting methodologies
- Expertise in human-centered design and agile development
- Strong background in AI, IoT, or biotech applications
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futures studies
- Experience managing $1M+ innovation budgets
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
