Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and social trends to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Lead innovation workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into business strategy
- Design and manage pilot programs for futuristic solutions with Fortune 500 partners
- Present trend insights and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors
- Build and lead a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership reports on the future of work, sustainability, and human augmentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused tech roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing 5+ year strategic plans
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: AI/ML, biotechnology, climate tech, or Web3
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leader with 50+ articles on emerging trends
- Fluency in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi Method)
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
