Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ technology foresight framework using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts with real-world impact
- Produce strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, sustainable AI)
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, conference keynotes, and industry publications
- Advise executive leadership on technological disruption risks and opportunities
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Drive innovation culture through internal workshops and hackathons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, robotics)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking ability
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience building innovation ecosystems in Fortune 500 environments
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation initiatives
