Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ innovation roadmaps across quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neurotech domains
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive technology impacts
- Build and manage an international network of futurist researchers and academic partners
- Translate complex foresight insights into actionable product development strategies
- Champion emerging tech ethics frameworks for responsible innovation deployment
- Present strategic visions to investors, partners, and industry thought leaders
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our internal innovation academy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 7+ years applied foresight experience
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic plans for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology) and their market implications
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Published research in peer-reviewed futurist or technology journals
- Experience leading cross-border innovation teams in agile environments
