Responsibilities

- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for executive decision-making
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D and product teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Translate foresight insights into actionable business roadmaps and investment priorities
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption signals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (GenAI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Strong analytical background with data-driven foresight modeling capabilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
