Responsibilities
- Scan global tech, societal, and market signals to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term organizational resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-readiness initiatives
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and innovation briefs for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation maturity and adaptability
- Represent company at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing senior leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM) preferred
