Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions through 2026+
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision
- Conduct trend analysis, scenario planning, and risk assessments for emerging technologies
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-ready concepts into development pipelines
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on future trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or foresight research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruptive technology assessment
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Experience with emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or decentralized systems
