Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 landscapes
- Develop and communicate multi-year strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Facilitate executive workshops translating future scenarios into actionable business imperatives
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessment for emerging market ecosystems
- Champion innovation culture through thought leadership and cross-functional mentorship
- Author forward-looking whitepapers influencing industry standards and policy frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent technical discipline
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology roadmapping
- Proven expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP-V)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities using advanced tools
- Experience leading cross-geographical teams in agile innovation environments
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
