Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for disruptive technologies
- Collaborate with C-suite on strategic investments in emerging markets
- Present visionary concepts to stakeholders and venture partners
- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and ROI
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal innovation culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years in innovation strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products
- Strong data storytelling and visualization skills
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., from World Future Society)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-facing projects
- Experience with agile development in tech environments
